RENTAL TIME AND TERMINATION OF TENANCY

The rental contract is for a fixed period of time and starts August 1st 2021. It ends without resignation July 31st 2024. The tenancy cannot be terminated during this period, yet access to terminate the lease with effect from  July 31st every year is still given provided that the termination is received by the real estate company (NBE AS) no later than April 1st. The termination has to be in writing (e-mail is accepted).
